Talk for Dalhousie University, Canada

This Friday (18th February) I am doing a special talk for Dalhousie University in Canada.

I am a graduate of Dalhousie, and they have invited me back to talk in their Friday Speaker series, for the English department. The talk is online, and open to students, staff and alumni – and is also now open to anyone who would like to sign up. Places are limited, and you must register in advance.

I will be talking about how I went from my degree at Dalhousie (which was in sociology) to what I do now as a writer.

If you would like to find out more, and register for the event, please follow this link:

Please be aware of the time difference between Canada and Scotland when joining the talk – it runs from 3:45-5pm AST, which is 7:45-9pm GMT.
