Flaggdagur – Faroese Flag Day

Thursday (25th April) was Faroese Flag Day, and I was invited to a special reception at the City Chambers in Edinburgh.

Flag Day is a national holiday in the Faroe Islands. This is the first time an official event has been held in Scotland to mark the occasion.
