This Wednesday (5th June) I’ll be at the Inverness Local History Forum: Johannes Petersen of Àban Adventure Learning Community is talking about the Kessock Ferry Swim and I’ll be sharing the research I did for the booklet I wrote about the history of the swim. It’s at 2pm in the Spectrum Centre in Inverness (by the bus station).
It’s also the ILHF’s AGM meeting, so a good time to come along if you want to learn more about joining and about their programme of local history talks and events.
Entry to the talk is free for ILHF members and £4 for visitors; all welcome. Booklets will be on sale at the event, and I’ll also have copies of my other books as well.
