I have an article in the new issue of Gutter magazine.

Issue 31 of Gutter is out now, with its usual eclectic mix of fiction, poetry, essays, interviews and reviews from Scotland and beyond.
Included is my article reviewing two new Scottish poetry collections: “Athair / Father” by Crìsdean MacIlleBhàin / Christopher Whyte and “Whit ails, whit heals / Ce qui afflige, ce qui apaise: Poems in English and Shaetlan” by Christine De Luca. Both are published by Francis Boutle, a great publisher who specialise in minority languages. Christopher Whyte’s collection is in Gaelic and English, and Christine De Luca’s collection is in English and Shaetlan, with French translations. I highly recommend both books – read my review to find out the details!
